Reservations: Services are available by appointment; a credit card is required to reserve all services.

Guest Arrivals: To better serve you, we ask that you check in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to unwind and fill out any forms as needed.

Cancellations: Your appointment is very important to us at Artemis.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.  The following fees will be charged for cancellations that are given with less than 24 hours notice:
a) Services costing less than $150 will be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled services. 
b) Services costing more than $150 will be charged a flat fee of $100.   

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may not receive the full benefit of services provided. Your appointment time will end as originally scheduled so the next client’s treatment time will be honored. All late arrivals will be responsible for the full price of the services booked.
